- February 10, 2016

Among the most recognized disorders, which affect the physical and mental wellbeing and the intimate and sexual sphere, there are the vaginal dryness, pain during intercourse, especially after the childbirth, urinary incontinence, insomnia and sexual problems.

Also sleep disturbances in menopausal disorders are poorly investigated, but given their frequency (affecting 25-50% of women) and heavy impact on quality of life, are worthy of greater attention diagnostics, even from the gynecologist.

Vaginal dryness is one of the most frequent intimate disorders in menopause, it fact affects one woman out of two, but is still under diagnosed. Over 60% of menopausal women are sexually active then it becomes even more important to identify an early and effective treatment.
